So pleased with my divan bed and mattress. The teal fabric covered headboard and divan with drawers looks luxurious. I was very happy with the communications I had with this company when there was a delay in delivery. A 5% refund was promised because of the delays, however, this is still to be received. I would definitely recommend this company for beds.

Awful company

Ordered a bed on 6th January. Was given delivery date of 18th January, nobody turned up, no phonecall, no email no nothing. After constantly chasing them up I was given 2 more failed deliveries with nobody turning up. Empty promises, endless excuses. Would not recommend at all. One plus is I was refunded my money

AVOID

AVOID. Cancelled my delivery twice after waiting 2 weeks for this bed. I’ve had to cancel the order, now I’m praying i actually get my money back.

Worst experience could possibly beDefinitely not fast deliveryDidn’t even get the item messed me about either through email or over the phoneSent me a tracking for the delivery and my phone wouldn’t allow the tracking website to load because it to gain my personal or financial info from it Definitely wouldn’t use this company use someone else. Plenty out there that will be next day delivery

Didn't receive a bed.

Its a shame, the bed looked really nice on the website, Ordered it just before Christmas, so was expecting a delay. But 2 missed deliveries by them and still no bed over a month later. All I kept being told was, that the delivery people need to plan a route and will get back to me and thankyou for my patience. There was no real information as to when I would receive the bed. First excuse after waiting in was that they bed was damaged, Second excuse after waiting in was the delivery van broke down. After a month I cancelled. Plus side is I received my money back in full after 3 days. Its just lucky I didn't get rid of my bed before delivery or I would have been sleeping on the floor.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service, misleading information, and no resolutionI had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this bed company from start to finish.Before purchasing, I specifically asked customer service whether the headboard was straight or had wings, and I was clearly told it was straight. Despite this, a headboard with wings was delivered. The bed was also defective — the footboard was poorly finished with exposed staples that could be seen and felt.I raised an official complaint immediately and requested an exchange. From that point onward, communication became inconsistent, slow, and evasive. I was repeatedly told they were “checking with the relevant team,” but no clear confirmation or timelines were ever provided.An exchange was eventually scheduled for a Saturday between 7:00–10:00am. I stayed home waiting all morning. No one arrived and no one contacted me. I had to call customer service multiple times throughout the day:At 11:30am, I was told there was another delivery before mineAt 12:30pm, I was told the driver had returned to the warehouse but would come backAt 1:30pm, I was told the driver had my number and would call me before arriving — this never happenedAt 2:30pm, I was finally told the van had broken down and they would not be coming at allWhat made the situation even worse was what happened next. When I called again on Monday to follow up, I was told that they had apparently come on Saturday and that I was not at home, which is completely untrue. I was at home the entire day waiting, and I made several calls precisely because no one showed up or contacted me. Being told this after everything that happened felt dishonest and unacceptable.At that point, I lost all confidence in the company and requested a full refund and collection of the bed.It has now been over a week since then, and despite my patience and repeated follow-ups, the company has still not provided any solution. No collection, no refund, no clear communication — just delays, contradictions, and passive-aggressive responses.This experience has been time-consuming, stressful, and deeply frustrating. The product was not as described, the service was unreliable, and the lack of accountability is alarming. I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before dealing with this company.

Paid for 2 beds

Paid for 2 beds, delivery guy brought only part of the delivery then he promised he would be bringing the missing parts the next day!!! This was since 17th January 2026, and I contacted him directly on his mobile. He said send me pics of what was delivered, promised he would sort it out but now he has even had the audacity to block me on his phone !!!It’s nearly 1 month since the part delivery, nearly 1k down the drain and I am going to ask for a full refund as this is not right.Will never ever use this firm.Pam

Excellent value

Excellent value. Looks amazing. I chose the sparkly buttons finish. All my friends compliment how good it looks. The bed is of good quality,sturdy and well made. The guys who delivered my bed were friendly, polite. Even removed their shoes when taking it to my bedroom. Nice to have a bit of luxury.
