I purchased a high sleeper bed from bed kingdom with a desk underneath for a small bedroom. First look was good however on child’s first attempt on climbing ladder to bed it broke. I emailed company who said it was set up wrong (instructions were strictly followed) and they said they would send replacement part. Then they said was out of stock. Chased again and they said bed was discontinued. I assume this mean other issues were found. Since that first issue there have been more issues where we have had to strength the wood and after paying £500 for a bed I expected better quality. This will not last longer than a couple of years. Will not buy again
