The representative had a heavy accent that was difficult to understand. Suddenly, I received an email stating that I had a subscription? There was no agreement made via calls or emails, and now they are trying to charge me for an invoice I was unaware of, threatening me with debt collector involvement. This is incredibly frustrating and irritating. I want to join others in filing a report against this service.
