Fraud Alert! I do not recall ever accepting a subscription for a website! I only speak English and I remember wanting someone to send more information, which I would consider. The representative had a heavy accent that was difficult to understand. Suddenly, I received an email stating that I had a subscription? There was no agreement made via calls or emails, and now they are trying to charge me for an invoice I was unaware of, threatening me with debt collector involvement. This is incredibly frustrating and irritating. I want to join others in filing a report against this service.
This service is a complete scam; we never received any emails regarding their services. I clearly stated during a phone conversation that we hadn’t even opened our company, and suddenly received an invoice. They promised to send me an email with the required information, but I never opened it. Today, I received an invoice claiming the trial period is over, charging me for nothing. They did not mention this fee during the call; it’s a complete scam.
