Ordered the pc was extremely excited so I waited 4 to 5 working days for it then emailed in after not hearing anything to check on the progress got told it is delayed and was given a estimated date when I will have it. It came to the day I should of had it nothing so I emailed once again and got told a new date. Which also was failed to meet. I understand with the current problems of getting stock is hard. But I shouldn't be having to email asking I should be getting updates if it's not coming email me. A major improvement which is needed is communication between people or having one person which knows all the problems and doesn't get passed around. Anyways the owner got in contact provided me his number which I called him he explained they will get it built and shipped same day which they did. They explained there was a problem with storage but when I loaded it up and check what they put inside the cpu was wrong I was missing a WiFi card. So I emailed and I offered to bring it in to get it fixed if I was told that the parts would be replaced it would of not been a problem and as a first time pc buyer someone who didn't know how to check things like that wouldn't of known. However they did upgrade me and at the end I was happy but.
Like mentioned a major improvement is communication needed fixing between staff or having one person handling emails and phone calls instead of going to voice mail have someone answer it.
Otherwise the pc is great whole process took around 3 weeks but I have to say it's worth everyone was kind.
