After seeing a Granite Pc advertised, I went to my local PC shop who said they would not be able to buy the parts for the price Bedrock wanted, let alone build it. After speaking to Joe I place an order and it was delivered 1 week later. I was pleasantly surprised to see the case had been upgraded, but at the expense of being able to install a CD/DVD writer.
The system is running smoothly and I am very pleased with the service provided by Bedrock Computers.
Absolutely terrible company. Ordered a PC on 31st January and received a message informing that it was in build. According to their own terms the PC should have been shipped on the 4th business working day. What we did get on the 5th business working day was an email informing that due to supply issues are order was delayed. After numerous emails it is apparent that this organisation is stalling. The telephone service is as I would expect useless, nobody will pick up, just an option to leave a VM. Please bear this review in mind if you are looking a purchasing a PC from Bedrock. We are now 16 days past our expected delivery date and still receiving emails saying that APC should be in touch soon once they have the consignment. We put our trust in this company, but I wish I had gone to Curry's and paid a little more, at least I could have taken the PC home that day and I could get someone to answer me. Lesson learnt. Avoid at all cost
Despite some teething problems with delays and wrong ram being put in the pc. They were all thoroughly professional and helpful and kept in touch the whole way through. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good start into gaming pc's
Exceptional service from the initial purchase to the aftersales support. They provided updates throughout the process and were always available to address any questions or requests I had later on. The two PCs are outstanding and perform exceptionally well. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have been in touch with a representative since the last update, and they have shown understanding regarding the situation. I recognize that mistakes can happen and that delivery times can be longer, especially during this season. The representative appears sincere in their efforts to resolve this issue. I have now received a date for when the replacement will arrive, and I will provide another update once it is received. Initially, I was informed just three days before Christmas that the courier was unavailable and was asked if I could make a two-hour drive, which is unreasonable given my disability. The following day, I was told that the PC would arrive but without a GPU, meaning I could turn it on, but gaming would not be possible. Additionally, one of the front USB ports is non-functional, and the casing feels loose. They assured me that the GPU would be sent before New Year's but did not provide a specific date when I inquired. Communication has been poor, with two different staff members providing conflicting information. Over the past two weeks, I received several emails promising that the PC would be fully operational by Christmas.
I bought two workstations and although the delivery took a bit longer than anticipated, I was kept informed throughout the process, making the wait worthwhile. Both units came with upgrades that I was extremely pleased with. I had a few minor questions that the support team addressed quickly and professionally. The packaging was top-notch, and I received my order the very next morning after dispatch notification. If you decide to purchase from this seller (which I definitely will again and recommend to friends), just be patient if there's a delay. It's worth it; you won't find better value for the prices.
I cannot recommend this service. When my PC arrived, it was missing the back cover and two accessories I had ordered. Additionally, Windows was not activated, and I was told that the supplier had provided faulty keys—why would you send it out without one? The hard drive was also only half the size it should have been, so now I have to install an extra drive myself to compensate (wasn't I paying for a complete build?). It's taken over a month to receive all the missing parts, and my frustration peaked when I tried the Wi-Fi USB, which didn’t work. The support team insisted I send a photo to verify proper installation and to update the drivers. It's a USB! I can plug it in correctly (it even states that it's driverless). Their communication has been poor, filled with half-hearted responses and weak excuses. I've experienced terrible treatment as a returning customer.
I'm really impressed with the new computer; it runs games flawlessly and has a beautiful design. I would definitely suggest getting one to everyone I know. If I decide to get another PC, this will be my first choice without a doubt!
My PC arrived as promised, and the support team was always quick to respond to my inquiries. When I suspected a part was faulty, they offered to replace it, but it turned out I just needed to connect something. They followed up to ensure everything was working properly. The setup was straightforward, with everything functioning right out of the box, although there was quite a bit of packaging depending on the number of items ordered.
