I cannot recommend this service. When my PC arrived, it was missing the back cover and two accessories I had ordered. Additionally, Windows was not activated, and I was told that the supplier had provided faulty keys—why would you send it out without one? The hard drive was also only half the size it should have been, so now I have to install an extra drive myself to compensate (wasn't I paying for a complete build?). It's taken over a month to receive all the missing parts, and my frustration peaked when I tried the Wi-Fi USB, which didn’t work. The support team insisted I send a photo to verify proper installation and to update the drivers. It's a USB! I can plug it in correctly (it even states that it's driverless). Their communication has been poor, filled with half-hearted responses and weak excuses. I've experienced terrible treatment as a returning customer.
