Absolutely terrible company. Ordered a PC on 31st January and received a message informing that it was in build. According to their own terms the PC should have been shipped on the 4th business working day. What we did get on the 5th business working day was an email informing that due to supply issues are order was delayed. After numerous emails it is apparent that this organisation is stalling. The telephone service is as I would expect useless, nobody will pick up, just an option to leave a VM. Please bear this review in mind if you are looking a purchasing a PC from Bedrock. We are now 16 days past our expected delivery date and still receiving emails saying that APC should be in touch soon once they have the consignment. We put our trust in this company, but I wish I had gone to Curry's and paid a little more, at least I could have taken the PC home that day and I could get someone to answer me. Lesson learnt. Avoid at all cost
