I had a great experience with the customer service team at beds.co.uk. After placing my order for two divan sets and mattresses, I was surprised to learn from the courier that I would need to pay £110 for early delivery, as my area was apparently excluded from free delivery; something that wasn’t clearly stated during purchase.
I contacted beds.co.uk and spoke with Mia, who was absolutely fantastic. She handled the situation calmly, professionally, and with genuine understanding & empathy. Thanks to her help, the issue was resolved and I was eventually provided with free delivery.
