I’m very pleased with the mattress I ordered from Beds.co.uk, "Premium Spring Pocket Hybrid5000 Responsive Memory Mattress" the quality is excellent and it’s extremely comfortable. The customer service was also outstanding. Mr James Jackson was especially helpful and very professional throughout the whole process. His support made the experience smooth and stress‑free.
Beds.co.uk advertised fast / next-day delivery and showed items in stock, but after taking payment they could not deliver to my postcode and offered cancellation as the only solution.
Multiple departments gave conflicting information, the order was “lost” due to system issues, and no responsibility was taken for the delay or disruption caused. I had already arranged travel and site access based on their delivery claims.
Refund offered, but zero accountability.
Avoid if you value your time or need reliable delivery.
I ordered a bed divan and mattress November 25th 2025, impressed by quick delivery but that was it from then on it was a total disaster, mattress arrived with bolts missing, mattress damp and not fit for purpose. Complained after 14 days after emails not replied to. mattress started sagging/dipping.
Phoned and spoke to Kevin and asked for a refund as mattress was faulty. I was very upset, he then tried and managed to coherse me into excepting another mattress and small refund. I was very upset and unhappy with decision so i got in touch with citizens advice, they of course told me i had a right to a full refund.
So basically after a few more phone calls they agreed to fully refund the mattress and i would get my payment 3-5 working days after they received the mattress back.
I finally received my refund on the 21st January due to the delivery firm cancelling pick up of the mattress twice.
I ordered a bed and mattress on the 2nd of January, expecting delivery on the 6th, which I was fine with. However, I received a call on the 5th informing me that my order was delayed until the 20th. Then, on the 19th, I was told it would be pushed back again to the 26th. I called to cancel my order and request a refund on the 19th, and the representative assured me it was processed to the escalation department. On the 21st, I received an email from a representative saying he attempted to call but couldn't reach me, asking for another number (funny how they could call when they needed my money). I replied with my number shortly after his email, but I still haven't received any response. I strongly advise avoiding this service as they will only cause delays with both your order and your refund.
I can't believe this! I called to talk to a representative about missing parts for my bed. I mentioned that I had no place to sleep since my old bed was gone, but instead of an apology, I was simply told that the parts would be sent out. Now I have to wait several days without a bed that I spent a significant amount on. It felt like the representative only cared about the rating! 🤯
I was surprised to find a £55 delivery charge for Northern Ireland, which I hadn't noticed in the fine print. After emailing to cancel, I explained my situation as a disabled individual needing a bed for my son who would be my carer. One of the representatives got back to me quickly and generously offered free delivery this time as a gesture of goodwill. I can't praise the customer service enough.
Steer clear of this service. I ordered a bed and received it, but it was missing parts, preventing assembly. I reached out to get the missing parts sent, and was promised they would be dispatched. Instead, I received the wrong parts. After notifying them, I was told the correct parts would be sent again, but it has now been three weeks with no delivery, despite a manager's assurance they would arrive in two days. Since then, the company has not responded to my emails, and calls go directly to voicemail. I've had to initiate a chargeback just to reclaim my money! Avoid this service at all costs. Subpar quality and terrible support.
We reached out to a representative regarding an issue with our order, and she was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Our problem was resolved in just 10 minutes; it was the simplest fix. We will certainly order from the company again.
I placed an order for a dog bed, but it hasn't arrived. The delivery service mentioned that the bed will be sent through the post, not by them. I've attempted to email the company, but my messages keep bouncing back, and there's no contact number available on the website. I've paid for a dog bed, yet I have no means to reach out for assistance!
