Ordered a bed divan, new mattress and also 4 drawers on the site. When the goods have been paid for the delivery which is stated as free comes through then you have to pay to book. This is not clear and is very misleading
Not only this the bed then arrived with no drawers even though i specifically checked to ensure the bed would be delivered with these as ordered.
Customer service staff cant help, just offer to refund the difference and no supervisor or manager to speak too. Not only that you have to send photos and then ring back to confirm and ensure that the problem is being dealt with
Bed cheap and flimsy and if I had known it would be this poor quality and service I would not have bothered ordering at all. I had also got rid of my old bed otherwise I would have just to them to pick up. Also asked a Manager to contact me back via email or phone. No repsonse
