Initially, I tried to purchase through click and collect, but due to the appealing delivery price, I opted for delivery instead. After a week without my order, I contacted support and found out it was being shipped from a distant location and wouldn't arrive until January. I had ordered it early December for Christmas. Once they realized, the support team reached out to dispatch. I didn't hear back for a few days, and after following up, I was informed they still hadn’t received a response. After expressing my concerns, I was able to collect the bed two days later. To make up for the delivery fee, I received a complimentary mattress protector, and the bed arrived just in time for the holidays.
