I chose click and collect but was drawn in by the attractive delivery offer, so I opted for delivery. After a week without updates, I reached out and found out it was shipping from a far location, with arrival expected in January. I had ordered it early December for Christmas. Once I brought this up, the support team contacted dispatch. However, I didn’t receive updates for several days, and they mentioned they still hadn’t heard back. After following up twice, I escalated the issue, and the bed was finally available for collection just two days later. As an apology for the delivery issue, I received a complimentary mattress protector, and the bed arrived right before Christmas.
