Not even worth one star. I ordered a divan bed with an orthopedic mattress, but the mattress is not orthopedic at all; it’s too hard, and the bed base is poorly made. I requested a mattress change but received no reply and have been unable to reach them by phone all week. This bed has worsened my back issues—definitely wouldn't recommend them.
