I ordered a bed with an orthopedic mattress and paid for assembly. The bed arrived in gold instead of cream, and I'm certain the mattress is not orthopedic. No one has come to assemble it or responded to my calls since delivery. This service feels like a scam; they called multiple times before delivery, but now they don’t answer at all. I've never seen such bad service.
