If I could rate lower than one star, I would. The service was okay, and the delivery person was pleasant, but I received the wrong bed. I’ve been trying to resolve this but have received no response to my messages or calls. After reading the reviews, I wish I had done so before ordering. Zero stars—I'm not impressed and will be reporting this.
