If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered a double bed delivered on New Year's Eve, and while I was pleased with the frame, the mattress was terrible—the springs were hanging out, and the quality was poor. Less than a week in, part of the headboard came loose. I've tried contacting them multiple times but have been blocked. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SERVICE. It's very disappointing because the bed looks nice but is poorly made.
