Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend not buying from this service. Initially, there was no notification for a 7am delivery the next morning, and they failed to show up. The following week, they again did not arrive on the expected day. Finally, when the bed was delivered, we received only 20 minutes' notice at 7:30am, and the headboard was missing! Furthermore, the drivers did not assemble the bed properly. While the bed quality is acceptable, it does not reflect the luxury that was promised. A total disappointment.
