Disappointing experience; I cannot recommend this service. Initially, there was no notification for a 7am delivery slot the next morning, and they failed to arrive. The following week, they again did not show up on the expected day. When the bed finally arrived, we received only 20 minutes' notice at 7:30am, and the headboard was missing! Additionally, the drivers did not assemble the bed correctly. While the bed itself is of acceptable quality, it certainly does not meet the luxury standards advertised. A complete letdown.
