I loved the way it felt right away, the thickness is great, and the firmness seemed just right for me. Me. I couldn't wait to get it on my bed. After waiting the 48 hours I was able to get it onto my bed, the straps to attach it are great and super helpful, and it fit perfectly. When I tried laying down on it, I couldn't wait to go to bed because it felt so good!Here's where the problem comes in for me, unfortunately. This mattress pad is way too hot for me. I've been waking up sweating every night, and unable to fall back asleep. It is so comfortable and I wanted to love it so bad, but It just isn't for me. I am a hot sleeper, but I thought this had cooling foam that might make it work for me. It is a great product, but just not for me.I will say that I am super bummed or stressed out I guess trying to handle the return process. It is supposed to go in the original box, but now that it has expanded it is way way too big. I don't own a vacuum sealer like the other reviews are saying. I'm trying to figure out what to do before the return window closes, I will edit this and let you guys know if I figure something out! Hope this helps somebody
