I ordered a BedStory topper that unfortunately turned out to be a bit too firm for me, but the customer service was absolutely outstanding.Emily from the support team handled everything with kindness and professionalism; she replied quickly, understood my situation right away, and offered a very fair solution.
I had a great experience with BedStorry. I ordered a 4 inch mattress from Amazon. When it arrived and was totally set up it only expanded to 3 inches. BedStory was quick to respond to my concerns. They offered a discount or I could return the mattress. I chose the discount because returning it was too difficult. Bedstory with their response and resolving my problem. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.
I purchased a king size mattress from these people for our second home which we stay a few nights a week while visiting our kids. We are seniors and have had a horrible painful experience with this company. After just over a year, the bed was starting to collapse all over. We called the number and we told the Google customer was not available? Finally, through Amazon we were able to get a hold of someone via email. We sent pictures as requested and were offered 30% back at which I declined. They came back at 70%, I also declined and was appalled at this tactic. I finally spoke with a manager at Amazon who credited the full amount and helped us order a replacement from a more reputable manufacturer. We have both suffered terrible back pain and have had to wait too long to get this corrected with not very professional results. Stay away from this company, save your time, back and peace of mind!
We had some questions before we ordered the bed. Customer service was amazing. Friendly and Quick to respond. We ordered the bed. Our first time to order a bed on line. We are 69 and a little concerned. The bed arrived in 2 days and seems well made. It was easy to set up. However the bed was firmer then we expected. So we emailed Customer Service and Emily responded quickly, friendly again a AMAZING experience. We highly recommend this company Bruce
Still waiting on return label . I didnt order a bed in a box . Been talking to ebay and the store . They send a return label in another scam floor mat. The return label needs to be in PDF file so it can be printed . The mattress still in box today
I would say excellent choice and I was very particular on picking my bed so it took me a while and I narrowed it down to bed story 14-in King and I am very satisfied. Quality is good as well, very clean and well put together. Also very comfortable. Also I was in contact with customer service and they are awesome prompt and professional. Very satisfied especially on the pricing, good quality comfortable bed for the price I would try it out.
When I contacted the support team about some damage during shipping they responded quickly and fairly. Two months later I contacted them to say the mattress was not comfortable and sagged towards my partner so I was left sleeping on a slope. They offered another discount or a refund. I chose the refund and they asked if I could find someone who would want it rather than them arranging a pick up and I was able to do that. Great customer support at Bedstory!
