I've been buying linen from this company since 2019, but my recent purchase was a huge letdown. A couple of years ago, I bought a petrol color that faded quickly, but at least the linen quality was decent back then. Now, I feel like the quality has dropped significantly. When I reached out via email to address the issue, I was dismissed with a response of 'just wash it!' even though I had already mentioned I did that. I will return to a different retailer from now on. Avoid this company; they are not what they used to be.
