It’s not worth the $$. For $400 I expect lasting quality. The sheets and duvet started to fall apart after a year.

I've purchased a fair bit from this company and on the whole the quality is reasonable, although pricey. I spend the extra (you can get cheaper at a comparable quality - I've bought linen elsewhere as well), because 1. I viewed it as an investment and 2. I liked the colours better than what I could get elsewhere. After two / three years of use (washed as per their recommendations and semi regular use as have other sets used on same bad), one sheet (fitted oatmeal single size) has a massive hole down the middle, making it unusable. You can see where it is all threadbare, so I checked my other sheets and unfortunately a couple appear to be headed in the same direction. They were amongst the first ones I bought from Bedthreads so it will be interesting to see if my others go down the same path. Makes it challenging to want to purchase from them again, as I feel at that price point, you should be able to get much longer from them. I reached out to the company a couple of days ago but have heard nothing back. Shame - makes it hard to support a smaller Australian based company.
I purchased $1000 worth of linen at the boxing day sale. When my order arrived, more then half of it was missing. It took me a week of emailing, calling, sending measurements of the box i received to prove that my whole order wouldn't of even fit in the box i received. I told them i had a larger size bed arriving that week so needed my sheets (By that point i had purchased them 3 weeks ago)
i was told my order would be packed in the coming days.. so once they realized they had messed up a $1000 order they made no effort to priorities packing the order and didn't even express post it to me. To top it off when it all finally arrived my doona is far lighter then my sheets and pillow cases which makes it look old and faded. Disappointed in there lack of urgency to resolve my issue after i dropped a massive amount of money. I wouldn't recommend trusting them with your funds there are other great companies that sell better quality linen and have better customer service. Even Adairs is better.

A couple of years ago, I bought a petrol color that faded quickly, but at least back then the linen quality was decent. Now, I feel like they have completely downgraded their linen quality. When I reached out via email to discuss the issue, I was brushed off with 'just wash it!' even though I had already done that. I will be returning to a different retailer from now on. Avoid this company; they are not what they used to be.
