I've been buying linen from this company since 2019, and my recent purchase was a huge disappointment. A couple of years ago, I bought a petrol color that faded quickly, but at least back then the linen quality was decent. Now, I feel like they have completely downgraded their linen quality. When I reached out via email to discuss the issue, I was brushed off with 'just wash it!' even though I had already done that. I will be returning to a different retailer from now on. Avoid this company; they are not what they used to be.
