Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve had nothing but problems with BedZone, and their service is appalling. First, the bed I bought broke within three days, and they refused to honor their “two-year warranty,” which is clearly a lie. They also didn’t provide any paperwork for the purchase, making it even harder to hold them accountable.Then, I ordered a replacement bed, and it’s been over a month without delivery. They promised it would arrive between 4–7 PM on a Sunday, but no one showed up or called, even hours later. I messaged to check the delivery time, and they said they’d get back to me, but I’ve been ignored since. Their communication is non-existent, and I’ve had to request a refund because they still haven’t delivered the bed a week later.Another experience with this company was just as bad. A bed I purchased less than two months ago broke on one side. They promised to send a replacement part, but when the delivery day came, they went silent and stopped responding to my messages.The lack of professionalism, poor product quality, and terrible customer service make this company one to avoid at all costs. Don’t waste your money or time dealing with them.
