I ordered a bed from this company who were very quick and prompt to response prior to delivery. When I made contact regarding the parts being damaged as I unwrapped it all I was told a manager would contact me. I have messaged all their 4 numbers invluding the delivery driver and they arr not answering and further they have blocked me on Whatsapp .They have my monies and am stuck with unusable bed . I have also made contact with them on facebook and given am raising an issue they are not responding but have read my message

Do not buy from this company. Can do anything untill they have your money. Our bed was delivered wrong had to wait for it to be re delivered over a week later no remorse customer service and management is shocking! The delivery’s men want £40 to take it up the stairs which was never mentioned. The manager man and women lie constantly.even get blocked on TikTok if they don’t like what your saying. Avoid at all costs..
Poor communication skill the management and the store manager 😭😭😭😭I would pay n then the don't check only to tell me that they r coming to take their bed that time I paid on the 27th......n they will call on the 1st of every month.....not to talk about their bed😞💔💔💔it's not even 9 months but it's making noise n I can feel springs I complained to the store manager 2 months back wat they only know is for them to give me rotten attitude n harrass me with calls yoh
Avoid this company no matter what.The bed I was buying was broken,The Matras was used one.Tried to call them tens of times, they even didn't answer my calls.Ones you make the payment, that's it.You can never get any answer.Avoid AvoidAvoid..........
Terrible company, ordered a bed and told it would come it didn’t show up and delivery was rearranged, this didn’t show up again. No communication whatsoever and what messages I have received no apology or attempt to resolve my issues. Do not use this company if you actually want to receive the bed you’ve ordered.
AVOID. I would not recommend Bed zone to any friends or family members. I ordered an Ottoman style bed. Although, the bed was delivered on the scheduled date, it arrived with the wrong size board base so I contacted them regarding this as I paid an extra £60 for it. I raised this concern on the 11th April 2025 and it has still not been resolved. They arranged a date to collect and replace the board base with the correct size but no one showed up. I initially emailed them but was told to message them on WhatsApp. I messaged them to see if anyone was coming and they rearranged this date but no one showed up again. I then asked if I could have a £60 refund for this as they have had ample opportunity to replace the board base but did not show up. They responded that a manager would contact me. The manager never phoned. I have called them and was told I would get the refund in 3-5 working days. When I did not receive the refund I contacted them again but the calls would not go through so I called on a different number. I was told that the refund had definitely been sent and to wait a few more days for it to arrive. After not receiving a refund again, I messaged them on WhatsApp and they said they would back log the refund to see if it had been sent and they told me that they could not find it so they will resend it. After 3-5 working days, I had still not received it for a second time. So again I messaged them and was told I would be contacted by a manger who once again never phoned. I have been told the refund has been sent several times and it has never arrived, I have asked them to check the bank details but they have failed to confirm them with me. I have continuously been told I would be contacted by a manger but they never phone. I have asked them for their complaints procedure but they never responded. The bed itself is poor quality and the bars have bent on 1 side after having the bed for less than a month. Please don’t waste your money or time and get your bed from somewhere else. This issue has still not been resolved and I was hoping it would not go this far so my only option is to leave a review and prevent this from happening to anyone else.
