I am beyond frustrated with BedZone. It has been over a month since I ordered my bed, and it still hasn't been delivered. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. The guy on the phone said it would be delivered between 4-7 on a sunday and it is now 7:46 and no one has delivered or even bothered to call.I've tried calling and messaging multiple times, but they don't bother to answer. The complete lack of communication and customer service is infuriating.If you're considering ordering from BedZone, save yourself the hassle and don't do it. This company clearly doesn't care about its customers or fulfilling orders. Avoid at all costs!
