I brought a lambretta rear disc brake and it came damaged, I rang the shop, Ethan was very professional and helpful and explained the return process. (this is the good part)After returning the item I phoned to say I wanted a full refund and not a replacement, a member of staff questioned why I had sent the item back and generally was flippant and very rude. I was told my refund would be done that day. (It wasn’t)I rang a few days later and was told Ethan (now apparently has been sacked) was on maternity leave and there was nothing they could do for a few weeks as he was dealing with the order. After 3 weeks of lie after lie and false promises I Had to return aboard to work.My wife rang and was met with verbal abuse and more lies. I got a refund (less postage) about a month later.I would advise everyone NOT to use this shop as they pack items like Jonny age 5 and verbal abuse you if you want to return items.
