Review Time
Order was never sent, phoned and managed to speak to someone, saying Order would be sent, but nothing arrived, had to get my bank involved to get my money back. I would avoid this company
My order didn't start well with the app supplied for tracking stating "delivered" which it wasn't, I sent an email which achieved a response saying they would sort. Two weeks and nothing, I looked up reviews and thought , I can say goodbye to the money, I sent an email demanding my goods, or a refund, I received a reply informing me of supplier issues and they would send as soon as it was in at their end, his word was good.
Avoid at all cost, I ordered side panels for my scooter as they were showing as in stock. Low and behold, as soon as I confirmed the order, they were out of stock. Tried emailing, phoning, sending facebook messages, no response. I sent an email cancelling the order, a week later they dispatched without any prior notification.I hate leaving bad reviews but this lot deserve it. Go to Ron Daley's, bit more expensive but trustworthy and reliable.
Placed an order on 1st of January and have still not received it and it's now the 22nd January, I phoned beedspeed and they said it was late due to one of the items being out of stock, if it was out of stock why did it show it was in stock when I placed it in my basket, I asked for a refund and was told it was to late as the order had now gone through...yeah of course it has. I will never use them again!
Without a doubt one of the worst companies i have ever dealt with,I placed an order mid December only for one part being wrong and also faulty, it took multiple attempts to return it, with several emails and phone calls which they never answer, when it did go back for a full refund that never happened and i only got a part refund and was promised my return postage back but i never got that back either, Avoid at all costs
I purchased an exhaust through ebay from this company and it stated next day Dpd delivery 3 weeks later still no sign of purchase, I contacted them through ebay and was told out of stock, if you read other reviews on here it seems there's a pattern, anyway I also needed other items so called to check stock and also enquired about a identical exhaust i was waiting for and was told yes in stock can post it tomorrow, anyway lucky for me I used PayPal and was reimbursed as item never arrived, there are much better and reliable suppliers out the , Pedparts, Racing Planet , Vespajets, On small wheels will all supply you at a cheaper cost and you will definitely receive it and not have to be lied to by Dan.
Ordered some parts in September and they took the money (over £300) but then said they were out of stock so I have asked for a refund over a month ago and have still not been paid - I have rang numerous times and been told to put it in an email which I have done a few times too but have received no response - very rude on the phone too!!
