I ordered and paid for an item that could have been provided direct from the manufacturer in France or via very large retailer in Germany - both had the item in stock and ready to ship to my UK home addressI was assured it would present no issues to Beedspeed and thought it best to support a UK business I was wrong and 9 weeks and very many emails ( thank you Natalie ) later it still wasn’t delivered I therefore requested a refund under the Consumer Rights Act which was actioned very quickly and the refund issued I really don’t know what went wrong with Beedspeed in this instance but I was a first time customer and my experience was really poor I regret using them and certainly wouldn’t use them again - ever !
