Eventually after a series of phone calls and emails, they collected the incorret part and it arrived with them last Friday. I did send proof of delivery and asked when I would get the refund on Monday morning, and I wa s suprised to get an email confirming refund of the full price including carriage later that day. So well done at last. It only took 3 weeks.
