Payed by card in pool table and no balls came out tryd to explain to person behind bar or shall I say Karen,,!got charged £3 with no reason or when will be refunded then kept pool table open for anybody else to make same mistake absolute disgusting and she made no effort to make sure no one fell for same mistake or con!!!
