Ordered from the company's Australian website. The product is decent, but the customer service is appalling. My first interaction was met with a generic response when I reported a malfunctioning app. After minimal use, the unit failed and wouldn’t turn on. I returned it, expecting an evaluation, but they refunded me without checking my information and sent the money back to a cancelled credit card. They insist the refund is handled and it's not their issue. I expect reimbursement for the device, and no matter their decision, I will not engage with them again.
