Beeline isn’t like regular gps devices. It’s simple, small, and gives just the information I need while allowing me to focus on the ride without spoiling the lines of the bike.
The Moto II pairs with an app on my phone which drives the navigation and gps fix, records routes and gives great insights. The app wasn’t without flaws, and when I did spot a critical bug and found what triggered it (notification beeps crashing the voice navigation) I reported the issue via Beeline’s live chat.
The technical team replicated the issue quickly and released a fix within a few weeks, stating in touch throughout and checking that the fix worked for me.
They were well mannered, friendly, and took the issue seriously despite not being a known issue. I’d like to thank Beeline for developing a great little device, and their positive response when things weren’t working as intended.
Ordered from the company's Australian website. The product is decent, but the customer service is appalling. My first interaction was met with a generic response when I reported a malfunctioning app. After minimal use, the unit failed and wouldn’t turn on. I returned it, expecting an evaluation, but they refunded me without checking my information and sent the money back to a cancelled credit card. They insist the refund is handled and it's not their issue. I expect reimbursement for the device, and no matter their decision, I will not engage with them again.

I've had a fantastic experience with the service so far. The device is sleek, user-friendly, and ideal for motorcycle navigation without distractions. The team has been very friendly and supportive throughout the process. I'm thrilled to be part of this community and look forward to more rides with their equipment. Highly recommend!
This navigation device is excellent and the customer service is top-notch. It guides me through London on routes I wouldn’t normally take. It always recalibrates accurately if I stray off course to ensure I reach my destination. The audible cues are helpful for approaching junctions. I've had three interactions with support, all due to my own mistakes, and they've been exceptional every time.

After an app update, I noticed a change in the navigation voice and reported it, providing recordings for clarity. The developers addressed the issue swiftly and even added a new voice selection feature. Very impressive!
I purchased this device after researching reviews and can confidently say it surpasses my previous GPS devices: it offers distraction-free navigation during long bike tours or city rides. It's impressive how all necessary features are compactly integrated. Kudos to the company for innovating our riding experiences!
