I called the customer service and gone through Malavika. She was lovely to talk to and we talked (of course!) coffee. Malavika helped me to select the best option for my subscription, even though I was initially planning on cancelling it. It is rare to receive customer service of this quality these times, and I really appreciate Malavika's help.
