I have had a very disappointing experience with Beer52 and would not recommend their service.

For the past two weeks, I have been trying to cancel my subscription via email, but have received no resolution. I also spent a significant amount of time calling during work hours, only to be left without assistance or connected to a dead line. This made what should be a simple cancellation process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.

The lack of accessible and effective customer support is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly just to cancel a subscription.

Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in Beer52 as a company and will not be recommending their service to anyone.

Truly awful. Not complying with new legislation that they NEED to make cancelling easy. They don't allow you to do it online/app, and they do not answer the phone after over 10 mins on hold music.
I had to get my bank to issue a chargeback and certainly wont ever use beer52 again.
Avoid.

Glenn was extremely professional and helpful in my experience with the customer service department, even though I was contacting them to cancel my subscription. In the 10 month period of my subscription I didn’t have a problem with the product itself or the delivery service. I just found it continuously difficult to redeem accrued loyalty points and the price charged for a 330ml can of beer was a little bit on the high side.

I phoned up to cancel my subscription (nothing wrong with it we just weren’t drinking it) and steven was really helpful. He gave me alternative options as opposed to cancelling which was helpful if I’d have wanted to keep my membership. I chose to still cancel and he stopped any future payments straight away and cancelled my subscription with no complications. Great customer service.

You sign up for a free box and to cancel, only to find out that you have to wait a couple days before you can cancel. You then have to click on multiple pages of them trying to convince you to stay, only to find out you have to call them. The phone lines are 9-5 Mon-Fri, most likely when you will be at work. So you either have to do it on your lunch break or wait until you have a day off. When you do get through to them they then try to throw multiple offers your way and guilt trip you into giving them a good review, before cancelling.
My last payment was on the 19th of the month, I cancelled on the 16th and on the same day got charged as they sent another box my way. It could honestly just be down to bad timing on my part but feels like they're just trying to take more of my money.
I honestly don't know how they have such good reviews.

Jordan was a brilliant help and even tho I need to cancel my subscription he made me aware of what offers I had on my account that I cud use before leaving. Greatly appreciated. I wud definitely recommend this company and I will use them again in the future. Thanks
