You sign up for a free box and to cancel, only to find out that you have to wait a couple days before you can cancel. You then have to click on multiple pages of them trying to convince you to stay, only to find out you have to call them. The phone lines are 9-5 Mon-Fri, most likely when you will be at work. So you either have to do it on your lunch break or wait until you have a day off. When you do get through to them they then try to throw multiple offers your way and guilt trip you into giving them a good review, before cancelling.
My last payment was on the 19th of the month, I cancelled on the 16th and on the same day got charged as they sent another box my way. It could honestly just be down to bad timing on my part but feels like they're just trying to take more of my money.
I honestly don't know how they have such good reviews.
