I have had a very disappointing experience with Beer52 and would not recommend their service.
For the past two weeks, I have been trying to cancel my subscription via email, but have received no resolution. I also spent a significant amount of time calling during work hours, only to be left without assistance or connected to a dead line. This made what should be a simple cancellation process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
The lack of accessible and effective customer support is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly just to cancel a subscription.
Based on my experience, I have lost confidence in Beer52 as a company and will not be recommending their service to anyone.
