My husband enjoys lagers, pilsners, and stouts, which I specified during the purchase. However, the recommendations he receives often include IPAs and flavored beers like chocolate, coffee, or pumpkin, which he doesn't prefer. When I attempt to exchange beers, the options are quite limited and frequently come with a significant additional charge. I also reached out to their customer support, but it was a frustrating experience. There was no phone number available, and I could only communicate via email.

Still, it's one of the best subscription experiences I've had for the price, and I'll continue using it when the offerings are appealing!
