I placed my order days ahead of time, scheduling a two-hour delivery window for Christmas at a cost of $9.90. Unfortunately, due to an error from the service, my order is now set to arrive on December 28th, just after we return home, forcing me to cancel. I will not be using this delivery service again.
Don't get caught up in the hype about their low prices. Shop around and you'll find better deals elsewhere. Their website is also problematic. There's no one to contact if issues arise, and the chat support has an hour-long wait. I experienced a problem with my account, and it took days for them to address it. They've lost my business; the entire experience has been terrible.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating.
The staff at the store used to be very friendly, but during my last two visits, a male staff member appeared disinterested and didn't acknowledge me. I asked for a box for my wine, and he just placed it on the counter and walked away. Previously, they would greet customers and offer help. I might try a different location next time.
