When I placed my order I had a message on screen that said I would receive a confirmation email - I never did.I haven’t received a dispatch notification. I tried to call multiple times - no reply, just an automated message asking me to leave a message which would be responded to. I left a message - no response.I emailed - no response until I raised a dispute with PayPal. I then received an email to say the order had been packed and would be delivered by DHL the following day. A week later - no delivery.I emailed back - no response.
