Regret not researching more.

I typically check reviews for unfamiliar stores, especially when they lack good recommendations. This time, I made an impulsive purchase of a drink that I hadn't seen in a while. I regret not investigating further than the '5 star' rating on their website, as I would have noticed the inconsistent feedback and the mediocre overall score (currently 2.9 at the time of writing). I only received automated messages from the seller and, after emailing twice and attempting to call, I eventually had to open a dispute with the payment platform after four weeks of silence. The seller did not respond at all. Fortunately, the payment platform ruled in my favor and issued a refund. TL;DR - STAY AWAY.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing. I placed an order at the beginning of October and received it about six weeks later, but half of the order was missing. I constantly emailed and called, but the customer service was absolutely terrible.

Customer service is lacking.

No confirmation email was received, and my attempts to reach out via email and phone went unanswered. Thankfully, I used a payment platform and received a refund. I would not use this service again or recommend it.

Birthday order disappointment.

My partner ordered beer a week ahead of a birthday as a gift. The terms state they aim to deliver within 72 hours. The birthday has now passed, and there is still no sign of the order. I haven't even received an acknowledgment of the order, although payment was taken. We've tried calling multiple times, but the calls go straight to voicemail, and emails go unanswered. Whether the order will ever arrive is uncertain, and we will not use this service again. Update: My beer eventually arrived with two extra bottles as a courtesy, and the beer was good. I've increased my rating from 1 to 3 stars.

I placed an order on October 29, 2025, and received a confirmation email, but I haven't heard anything since. I've emailed twice without a response and tried calling, but it always goes to voicemail. I ordered as a gift, which will likely not arrive on time, if at all.

Order placed too late.

I ordered three weeks before needing the items. A few days before, I messaged them to inquire about the status. They informed me that two items were out of stock. I requested they send what they had and compensate for the shortfall with alternatives. Now, five weeks later, after sending ten emails without replies, I feel completely ignored. I've spent nearly £60 and have nothing to show for it. This situation is frustrating as it disrupted my plans for a gift; it was more than just beer.
