The demo class itself was inspiring. While going through the learning process I have started healing myself. I'm learning to act in a more conscious way. I am incorporating some practices in my daily routine. I now believe that the Universe always showers blessings 🙌. We just need to prepare ourselves to accept the divine blessings 🙏. Classes conducted by Ma'am is very interactive, interesting, full of info which I have not thought in that way. Attended 2 boot camps. 1. Chakra healing and GODDESS awakening. Both were awesome. She made us understand that problems, mistakes, fear are common in one's life. How to decrease it she teaches. The exercises are small which can be done easily. GOD bless you and your family ma'am and give you more strength to teach!
It was a wonderful experience.These 2 days are felt very worthful and blessed.Listening to you telling about the 7 chakras which needed to be activated and all the meditations you took over just made me to feel peaceful and relaxed.The importance,color frequency, elements,sound and character of the 7 chakras was known very clearly.It is a must required chakra Activation that every person should learn.You are a great Life changing Coach.Thank you so much sushree mam.
