Classes conducted by Ma'am is very interactive, interesting, full of info which I have not thought in that way. Attended 2 boot camps. 1. Chakra healing and GODDESS awakening. Both were awesome. She made us understand that problems, mistakes, fear are common in one's life. How to decrease it she teaches. The exercises are small which can be done easily. GOD bless you and your family ma'am and give you more strength to teach!
