These hearing aids did not work for me. The aid they provided wasn't good enough and they didn't fit well in my small ears.I sent them back within the time frame and instructions provided by the company as well as paying for return shipping. It has now been 43 days and still no refund. The agent told me it would take approximately 7-10 days to process refund plus 3-5 business days after that. It is well beyond this estimate. They keep telling me they are sorry and they will let the billing department know. Apologies don't credit my account.
