It's disgraceful. Now, I must embark on the process of trying to recover my funds.

The product was too large and was returned immediately with all packaging. They received it on September 22, 2025, and despite numerous calls and emails, I still haven’t received my refund. Customer service is polite and seems agreeable, but it’s been almost 60 days. Proceed with caution!
How can you even give a zero? I tried the product, but the ringing persisted. When I called to return them, they kept pushing for an upgrade. I returned them on October 7, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I doubt it will ever happen. I've sent 20 emails, and they always respond with apologies and promises to talk to billing. I’ve called for updates but received the same response.

Weeks went by, and after multiple emails, they assured me my $74.00 refund was in process. If it weren't for intervention from a payment service, I might never have seen my money again.
