For almost a year, we've collaborated with the service to help our dog. The initial experience was promising, with positive changes in the first six months. However, as time passed, it became clear that progress had stalled and our situation seemed to lose priority. Even though we have another month of sessions left, our consultant has already worked with our veterinary team. Since our insurance did not cover this, we had to manage the costs ourselves. After having him for 18 months, we've faced challenges with his reactivity. Without the needed support from the service, we are now contemplating the difficult decision of returning him to the rescue center. I sincerely hope others find more success, as we were optimistic about the service's ability to help. Our hearts are heavy with sadness.
