For almost a year, we've engaged with the service to assist our dog. The early experience was encouraging, with positive changes noted in the first six months. However, it soon became evident that progress had plateaued and our case seemed to lose importance. Although we still have a month of sessions left, our consultant has already collaborated with our veterinary team. As our insurance did not cover this, we had to cover the costs ourselves. After having him for 18 months, we've struggled with his reactivity. Without sufficient support from the service, we now face the tough decision of returning him to the rescue center. I truly hope others achieve better results, as we had high hopes for the service. Our hearts are heavy with sadness.
