Horrible Company and horrible Customer Service! I placed an order on November. Today, January 25, I still haven’t received the tracking number nor the brush. I wrote multiple emails and all they said was “We are investigating the issue and we’ll get back to you”, but they never write me back. I tried to reach them multiple times without any specific answer about my order status. I saw multiple comments on their Facebook page from upset customers that didn’t get their items either and they’re deleting our comments. I asked for a money refund and they told me they can’t give me my money back because the order was already processed. So, why I don’t even have a tracking number? Why my order hasn’t arrived months later? The company is a total scam.
