Terrible experience. So bad I felt anxious I’d fallen for a scam for a while but I trusted all the gorge curly Insta influencers. Messaged Behairful Instagram DMs for reassurance my order was legit and no replies. Emailed them a couple of times directly and no replies. Meanwhile I was getting loads of dodgy email addresses (gmail and the like) sending offers supposedly from them. No communication or updates on shipping even when I emailed several times and threatened a bank chargeback. Took well over a month to arrive and it’s the wrong product. I received the mini brush rather than full size I ordered. Not sure it will be usable for my hair. I’m probably going to cut my losses as I doubt I’ll get a reply, and I’m still wary it may be a scam company and want nothing more to do with them. Avoid. Just get a Denman D81M. Wish I had.
Terrible terrible company. Worst customer service ever. I bought a product in 30 May 2023. They sent the wrong colour and it took them a month to send me the return label. After the returns I am still waiting for them to send the right brushes. The customer representative Giovanni Evans said he would resolve the issue in June but nothing so far. I have emailed a lot of times and even left messages on Instagram. Nothing. I am still waiting for them to send me the brushes.
Is there a negative star?? Thea clowns still haven’t mailed my brush . It’s been over a month and the still no brush . They sure didn’t take there sweet $&@ time to get the 40:00 dollars for a damn brush. .when you call they have your number blocked and when you email they just say the same ol &@@&.. looking into it . I could walk the @&&@@brush to cali quicker I’m sure. .they definitely are full of $&&@!! Guess I’m not old enough to cuss !!
This company is a SCAM! I purchased this brush a month ago and still haven’t even gotten shipment information. When I email their customer service, the same person keeps telling me to be patient, they are working on it. Total scam. Do not support this business!
Horrible Company and horrible Customer Service! I placed an order on November. Today, January 25, I still haven’t received the tracking number nor the brush. I wrote multiple emails and all they said was “We are investigating the issue and we’ll get back to you”, but they never write me back. I tried to reach them multiple times without any specific answer about my order status. I saw multiple comments on their Facebook page from upset customers that didn’t get their items either and they’re deleting our comments. I asked for a money refund and they told me they can’t give me my money back because the order was already processed. So, why I don’t even have a tracking number? Why my order hasn’t arrived months later? The company is a total scam.
I originally contacted this company several weeks ago and was very pleased to see that they shipped to the UK. However, when I got to the point of placing the order, the shipping charges were more than the actual brush cost!! I noticed that the method of shipping was “express”. So I contacted them to ask if there was an option for standard shipping as I could not justify paying more on postage than on the item itself. It took days, but when I finally got a reply from “Jade” (not the owner as is implied) it was a standard email saying that they are unable to offer free shipping and giving me a discount code. It was as if she had not even read my email as the reply was completely irrelevant. I have written twice more since then and both times have received the same gibberish answer. That bears no relevance to my query. I have asked her to transfer the matter to the Manager there..... I asked this three days ago.... and I have heard absolutely NOTHING. This behaviour has made me strongly doubt the authenticity of this business and I would warn fellow shoppers to be wary.
